Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University (TNTEU) is a State University, located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The University was established in the year 2008. It offers UG, PG, and Doctoral level programs in Education. Every year, TNTEU begins the application process for B.Ed., M.Ed. and Ph.D. programs in the first week of August. The application procedure is carried out through offline mode. Admission to all the courses is done on the basis of marks obtained in the previous qualifying examination. For Ph.D. & M.Ed. admission will be done through the entrance exam, conducted by the University itself. Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University is a state university established by the Govt. of Tamil Nadu for promoting the excellence in teacher’s education.
