Pandu College, located in Guwahati, Assam, is a renowned educational institution and was established in the year 1962. The institute offers a wide range of Degree programmes at UG and PG levels. These courses are offered to students in Full Time mode across various fields, including Humanities & Social Sciences, Science, Accounting & Commerce, Banking, Finance & Insurance, IT & Software and Teaching & Education. Some of the most popular programme offered at the institute are B.Com, B.A., B.Sc., BCA, M.A. and M.Sc. FACILITIES 

 Library

 The Pandu College Library is situated in a spacious area spanning 5500 sq. ft., accommodating separate reading rooms for both students and teachers. It also features dedicated sections for circulation, computers, and newspapers, providing a conducive environment for learning and research.

Boys Hostel

Hostels are not just a place where you stay. It is also a destination where you socialize and meet different people when you are out of town to complete your education or to do a job. Pandu College Boys’ Hostel started its journey since 5th September, 2000 for providing the backpackers a base to stay, which is the best boys’ hostel in Greater Guwahati, Assam. The location is very near to Pandu College and vicinity in clean and proper residential with all the aminities. The management of the hostel strives to improve the standard of living with utmost safety & Security of the residents away from their home. We believe, good living conditions are very relevant for the development of the students into enlightened citizens for the future of the country.

Girls Hostel

Pandu College Girls’ Hostel was established on 30th December 2000 to meet the demands of the Girls Students of the college coming from distant places of the state. Initially the hostel had a single block having seat capacity for only 50 boarders. But due to the increasing demands from the students, another block of the hostel (named as the Women’s Hostel) was started and was completed in the year 2017. The hostel is situated within the college campus in a healthy and secured environment. It has easy access to Bus, Railway Station and the Airport. The Pandu College Girls’ Hostel is unique in the city so far as the rules, regulations and discipline is concerned.

Common Instrumentation Facility (CIF)

The College has been enriched in the field of Research by the addition of a Common Instrumentation Facility, funded by OIL, Noonmati Refinery in association with Assam Science Technology and Environment Council (ASTEC). The CIF is accessible to all research scholars, students and teachers, from within and outside the college, who are interested in utilizing the facilities like FT-IR, UV-vis Spectrophotometer, Gas Chromatography, Gel Electrophoresis, Optical Microscopes, High Speed Centrifuge etc., for their research activities.

 Canteen

Institutional Innovation Council (IIC) 

The Institutional Innovation Council (IIC) at Pandu College is a dedicated body established to foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the campus. It operates under the guidelines provided by the Ministry of Education's Innovation Cell (MIC), Government of India, aiming to nurture young minds towards creative thinking and innovative problem-solving.
